Terms and Rules
By Joining Our Safe-Lists sponsored you agree to ALL of the following terms and conditions of use:

1. Our Lists are for the sole purpose of sending and receiving business opportunities. We reserve the right to reject or delete, at our sole discretion, any content not conforming, in their sole judgement, to the purpose stated above.

2. In return for the right to post business opportunities, offer consumer products, or submit general content to the appropriate Lists, you agree to receive business opportunities, consumer product offers or general content posted by other List members.

3. Subject to the Terms and Conditions stated above and below, members may post legitimate business opportunities and consumer product offers to the Lists maintained for such purposes.

4. We accept no responsibility for, and make no warranties or representations of any kind or character, express or implied, regarding:
(a) the legitimacy, legality, truthfulness or accuracy of any business opportunity or consumer product offer submitted to the respective list or lists maintained for such purposes;
(b) the income reasonably derivable from such business opportunities;
(c) the quality, workmanship, conformance to illustrations or performance claims, of any product offered on the OrangeJuiceList Lists;
(d) any other aspect of, or statement contained in, any submission to the Business Opportunity Lists. We specifically disclaim any duty to investigate or verify the legitimacy, legality, truthfullness or accuracy of any such submissions, and List members are strongly advised to take this fact into account when deciding whether or not to respond to a business opportunity or consumer product offer.
In general, OrangeJuiceList serve only as a conduit for business opportunities or consumer product offers. The recipient of such opportunities or offers assumes full responsibility for deciding whether to accept same.

5. Offers containing any of the following content are subject to immediate removal from the List or Lists, at our sole discretion:
(a) Offers for materials or services of a sexual, pornographic or "adult" nature are NOT allowed. Any member who posts an offer in violation of this Section shall be subject to immediate and permanent expulsion from the List or Lists.
(b) Profanity or other content of an offensive or inflammatory nature, including racial, ethnic, religious or political references which could be construed as offensive by a person of normal sensibilities.
(c) Personal attacks or derogatory statements regarding other List members, competitors, or their products and services.
(d) Offers which have been the subject of a complaint by another List member, or a claim of infringement under the Copyright Act, the Trademark Act or any other state or federal law protecting intellectual property and/or trade secrets.

6. List Members agree to receive periodic updates from OrangeJuiceList Admin or Webmasters.

7. In the event a claim is made or lawsuit initiated against OrangeJuiceList arising out of, or in any way related to a business opportunity Submitted to the List or Lists, the member posting such business opportunity agrees to indemnify and forever hold OrangeJuiceList harmless of and from any and all costs, demands, damages, loss or expense of any kind or character arising out of said claim or lawsuit.

8. OrangeJuiceList reserves the right, without prior notice, to:
(a) remove any member from the List or Lists at any time for any reason whatsoever;
(b) amend these Terms and Conditions at any time;

9. List members are solely responsible for their own conduct and for the content of any submission posted to the List or Lists. This responsibility shall be continuing in nature and shall survive the member's resignation or removal from the List or Lists.

10. Full inboxes or bounced emails are cause for removal.

11. No former member may, after resignation or removal from the List, continue to transmit e-mail with the "OrangeJuiceList" or "orangejuicelist.com" header or utilizing the words "OrangeJuiceList" or "orangejuicelist.com" in any way. Former members who continue to receive e-mail utilizing the above header or words should immediately report such incident. However, we cannot accept responsibility for misuse or abuse of the List or Lists in any manner by any present or former member.

12. In addition to the foregoing terms and conditions, members assume full responsibility for the accuracy of any information and/or links submitted to any message boards, links pages or Safe Email List or Lists.
